Mobile Leader Continues to Accelerate Momentum With Hire of Digital Media Veteran
SAN FRANCISCO —October 23, 2014 — NinthDecimal, the leading mobile audience intelligence company, today announced that Silicon Valley finance and digital media veteran Jeff Stephens has joined the company as chief financial officer. With more than 20 years of experience as a financial executive and technology leader, Stephens will pave the way for NinthDecimal’s continued growth in the rapidly expanding mobile economy.

Stephens joins NinthDecimal following a strong run as CFO at inPowered, where he oversaw the finance, accounting, human resources, and legal and administration divisions, and also led the sale of the company’s NetShelter ad network to Ziff Davis. His previous experience includes working as the senior vice president, finance and administration, at QuinStreet, where he built the financial and administrative infrastructure to scale the company from zero to $200 million in revenue and added 450 employees. He also served as CFO for hi5 Networks, the social network and online gaming platform, which became one of the most trafficked websites in the world under his tenure, doubling in size to reach more than 60 million monthly active users.
At NinthDecimal, Stephens will be responsible for finance, accounting and human resources as the company enters a new phase of growth as the leader in mobile audience intelligence. NinthDecimal continues to pave the way for marketers and partners to effectively leverage mobile with first-to-market solutions like its Programmatic Mobile Audience Solution as well as audience-targeted mobile video proprietary audience insights, and the industry-leading campaign measurement solution. As CFO, Stephens will report directly to NinthDecimal CEO Michael Fordyce.

Stephens earned a bachelor’s degree in finance California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and currently resides in Danville with his wife and two children.
